The Ladies Association for Christian Education (LACE) is the longest standing parent organization at Greater Atlanta Christian School and offers a way to get involved in the GAC community and to grow relationships with other GAC moms. With over 300 members, LACE sponsors fundraising events throughout the school year, helping raise money to support GAC programs and facilities.

LACE holds several Used Uniform Sales each school year and at Frog Hollow, offering great prices on gently used uniforms, spirit wear, and outerwear. Donate your GAC gently used uniforms in a LACE donation box in one of the school offices. For more information, contact the Used Uniforms Chair.
Led by a board of 24 GAC moms, LACE hosts four socials during the school year for the LACE general membership and all GAC moms. Socials offer a great way to get involved and form lasting friendships in the GAC community, to hear from special speakers, and to learn more about the history of GAC. LACE holds two plant sales each school year – one at Christmas and one close to Mother’s Day. Purchasing a plant from LACE is a great way to show your appreciation for someone special. Choose from a variety of hanging flowers, ferns, and poinsettias. Contact LACE for information about our upcoming LACE plant sale.
LACE sponsors two Scholastic Book Fairs each year for the Early Childhood Education/Elementary and Junior High. Coinciding with Book Weeks on campus, families are encouraged to stop by and shop. Most students will be given the opportunity to visit the book fair during the school day with their class to make either a “wish list” or a purchase. Books can also be purchased for your child’s classroom/teacher. Proceeds from the book fairs benefit the GAC media centers, enabling them to purchase new books, equipment, etc. Many parent volunteers are needed to work at the book fairs. Book fair volunteers receive a percentage off all purchases. To get involved, contact LACE.

Leave your mark at Greater Atlanta Christian School by purchasing a personalized engraved brick paver in honor of or in memory of someone special in your life. One parent/child event is held each school year and hosted by LACE. These fun events help promote strong relationships between parents and their children.
