High School Cross Country 2012

High school Cross country practice will begin on Monday, Aug. 6th. We will practice at 7:00 PM at the stadium. The rest of the week will be:

Tuesday, Aug. 7th----7:00 AM

Wednesday, Aug. 8th---7:00 PM

Thursday, Aug. 9th---7:00 AM

Friday, Aug. 10th-----Practice on your own

Monday, Aug. 13th--1st day of school--we will start our regular practice at 3:30 PM

All athletes must have an athletic physical turned in to be able to practice
