New and returning families must submit the online customized tuition application to Tuition Data Services (TADS).
Applications open December 1. Customized tuition is awarded on a one-year basis. Returning families must reapply each year.

Complete the Customized Tuition application form by clicking here along with any necessary documents specified in the application.
- Review & Determination
A committee will review all materials confidentially. We apply a consistent methodology that examines household income, assets, number of children in tuition-paying schools, and other household responsibilities. Based on this assessment, we offer a grant amount that, when applied toward tuition costs, reflects what your family can reasonably contribute.
- Notification & Agreement
You will receive a Customized Tuition decision along with your admissions (or re-enrollment) packet by April 4, 2026. Upon acceptance, you’ll sign an enrollment contract, pay a deposit to reserve your spot, and receive a personalized statement reflecting your adjusted tuition rate. (Please note: The contract will NOT reflect your adjusted tuition rate, it will only be reflected in the customized FACTS statement that is 10-14 days after enrollment.)
- Annual Renewal Required
Because family circumstances frequently change, all participants must re-apply annually. The Customized Tuition program is subject to budgetary limits and availability of funds.
