6th-12th Grade

Includes: MacBook (7th-12th grade), iPad (6th grade), textbooks, daily lunch, college counseling services (9th-12th grade), yearbook, school picture, and admission to regular season, on-campus athletic events and most performing arts events with student ID card. Tuition also includes access to the TrekAI personal tutor and the GAC Synchronous Learning platform.

1st-5th grade

Includes: Daily lunch, yearbook, school picture, and admission to regular season, on-campus athletic events and most performing arts events with student ID card, iPad Airs with Apple Pencils (3rd-5th) or Logitech Crayons (K4-2nd), and textbooks. Tuition also includes the GAC Synchronous Learning platform.

Kindergarten (K5) - Pre-1st

$23,670

Includes: Daily lunch, yearbook, school supplies, school picture, two weeks of swim lessons, and admission to regular season, on-campus athletic events and most performing arts events with student ID card, iPad Airs with Logitech Crayons (K4-2nd), and textbooks. Tuition also includes the GAC Synchronous Learning platform.

Young Learners

Young Learners offers half-day, school day, and school day + stay & play options. School year (August-May) and 12-Month options are also available.

Customized Tuition at GAC

Our desire is that families who are committed to the philosophy and values of GAC are able to partner with us to provide their children with an excellent education. Available to families with students in Kindergarten through 12th grade, our Customized Tuition Program helps ensure that the cost of tuition reflects your household’s situation. Families can focus on the value of the educational experience rather than the stress of affordability.

GAC wants families to focus on the benefits of the educational experience, academic growth, character development, and community, without being overshadowed by the cost.

How do I know if I am a candidate for Customized Tuition?

Any Kindergarten to 12th grade family who has concerns about paying the standard tuition can apply for customized tuition. The graph below provides further context on income ranges connected to customized tuition.

Each family's circumstances are carefully reviewed by a committee to assess demonstrated need. Several factors are taken into account, including the family’s income, assets, debts, the number of students attending, and other relevant considerations.

How does my family apply for Customized Tuition?

New and returning families must submit the online customized tuition application to to Clarity, a third party service that manages our applications.

Applications open December 1. Customized tuition is awarded on a one-year basis. Returning families must reapply each year.

Review & Determination

A committee will review all materials confidentially. We apply a consistent methodology that examines household income, assets, number of children in tuition-paying schools, and other household responsibilities. Based on this assessment, we offer a grant amount that, when applied toward tuition costs, reflects what your family can reasonably contribute.

Notification & Agreement

You will receive a Customized Tuition decision along with your admissions (or re-enrollment) packet by April 3, 2027. Upon acceptance, you’ll sign an enrollment contract, pay a deposit to reserve your spot, and receive a personalized statement reflecting your adjusted tuition rate. (Please note: The contract will NOT reflect your adjusted tuition rate, it will only be reflected in the customized FACTS statement that is 10-14 days after enrollment.)

Annual Renewal Required

Because family circumstances frequently change, all participants must re-apply annually. The Customized Tuition program is subject to budgetary limits and availability of funds.
