The Jesse Long Endowment

Leave your legacy on GAC

Many families from the early days understand the unique sacrifice it took to make Christian education a reality for their children. Similarly, the Jesse Long Endowment helps make that same dream affordable and accessible to students today.

This fund was originally established in 1998 in honor of Jesse Long at his retirement as GAC's first president, in which he was appointed in 1963. Jesse's faith and early efforts were instrumental in establishing GAC. The fund was increased by many loving friends and families in his memory in 2014 and provides need-based tuition assistance to deserving students based on need and promise.

The classes of the 1960s and 70s have remained instrumental in the momentum of the school which is renowned today. The Jesse Long Endowment consecrates the memory of the first graduates of the school, creating a tribute to the past, and a promise for the future of GAC.

"The story of GAC is truly the story of God taking a group of ordinary people with not much more than a dream and using them to build an extraordinary house more wonderful than their dreams."

Jesse C. Long
GAC Founding President
