Promises Elementary Chorus is an auditioned group of  50-70 fourth and fifth grade singers who enjoy learning, performing, and working together. Promises provides young singers with opportunities to perform on the GAC campus, throughout the Atlanta community, and across the Southeast while developing vocal technique, music literacy, and a diverse repertoire of musical styles. Through an emphasis on leadership, kindness, service, and responsibility, students become confident musicians and ambassadors for GAC.

GAC Treble Choir primarily performs two-part music while developing vocal technique, musical expression, and ensemble skills. Students learn to communicate through the language of music while growing as both individual vocalists and collaborative musicians.

This three-part ensemble explores a broader range of choral music while developing vocal skills, musicianship, and ensemble communication. Through campus performances and statewide adjudications and festivals, students continue to grow as confident and expressive musicians.

The Select Choir is GAC’s contemporary a cappella ensemble, providing auditioned students the opportunity to refine their vocal skills, strengthen their musicianship, and grow as performers. Through collaborative rehearsals and diverse performance experiences, students develop confidence and artistry as a vocal ensemble.

GAC’s Concert Choir is the flagship choral ensemble with a legacy of excellence rooted in the school’s history. Students experience a wide range of musical styles, from traditional choral literature to spirituals, gospel, and contemporary selections, while continuing GAC’s tradition of outstanding performance and community engagement.
