Description: Prepare for the upcoming season with our summer volleyball and women's sports camp, designed to enhance vertical jump, agility, quickness, and overall performance. Geared towards athletes participating in all sports, at all high school levels, our developmentally focused program integrates Agility, Quickness, Jump/Plyometric Training, and Light Resistance Training to elevate overall athletic performance.
Athletes will be grouped according to their sport focus, training experience and technical proficiency, ensuring a developmentally appropriate approach to their training in the weight room. Beginners will focus on building technical proficiency and movement competency in foundational performance training, with a special emphasis on reducing the risk of injury through proper jump mechanics. Meanwhile, intermediate and advanced athletes will fine-tune their strength, power, and quickness qualities through dynamic plyometrics, footwork drills, and light resistance training.
