Winners of the night will receive a GAC's Got Talent Trophy, unparallelled bragging rights, and live audience performance experience before a panel of experienced talent industry professionals. 

The three winners of the night will include:

1. The Talent Winner, determined by our guest judges

2. The Audience Favorite, determined by live audience polling the night of the event

3. The Fundraiser Winner, determined by the contestant fundraising. 

1. Participants will be selected based on talent to be judged by an INDEPENDENT GROUP (participation in show is pending suitability of content for public performance, space/equipment constraints, and the desired length of the show). 
2. All participants in GACs got Talent are required to have a direct affiliation with GAC, either directly or indirectly with a member of their performing group (not including the accompanists). 
3. All decisions of the judges and officials involved with GACs got talent will be considered final and not open for appeal. 
4. We will have a judge’s choice winner, an audience popular vote winner, and a first place fundraiser winner 1 vote = $1.00
5. Only performers videos who have registered and paid the audition fee will be viewed as an audition and considered for the show.  Register here and pay the $25.00 registration fee here. Audition deadline: Monday, February 6.
6. No refunds will be issued, as expenses have been incurred and paid prior to the auditions and performances. 
7. Groups can perform with accompanists or provide a digital file of music.   Prerecorded music should be instrumental only. Accompanists will need to provide their own instruments. A baby grand piano will be available for use. We will not be held responsible for forgotten, lost, misplaced, or damaged music or equipment. 
8. Lip Sync and Karaoke style singing along are not permitted. 
9. Talents can include but are not limited to: singing, dancing, juggling, comedy, musical instruments, acrobatics, poetry readings, drama and skits/novelty acts. All acts must be appropriate for family audiences. Event organizers reserve the right to disqualify or dismiss any group or performance that is deemed inappropriate. 
10. The use of weapons, pyrotechnics, dangerous equipment is prohibited. 
11. The Performance will be held on Saturday, March 4 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center, Artusa Hall.
12. All performances must be limited to two minutes. 
13. Set up time limit for performances is two minutes. 
14. Due to time constraints, we cannot allow groups with complex setups that would exceed the two minute limit to participate. 
15. Participants assume all responsibility for costumes, props, clothing, or any items brought to the performances. Costumes should be age and family audience appropriate. 
16. All acts must have a parent or guardian present at the performance and are responsible for participants’ safety and preparedness. 
17. Parental/Guardian Warning: Any negative interference or unsportsmanlike behavior by any contestant, parent, guardian, or guest connected to an act or group will result in the disqualification of the group and possible removal from the premises. 
18. NO profanity or vulgar lyrics in any vocal performance or dance music. 
19. Keep attire at a respectable and tasteful level. 
20. A sound technician and microphone(s) will be provided.
21. EVERY participant MUST attend the mandatory dress rehearsal on Friday, March 3 as well as one additional rehearsal that week. 

This event raises money for the GAC Parent Association and will be a showcase of the talent GAC has within its student body and among its alumni, teachers, and families.
