Welcome New Families!

Use your current (parent) user name to log into MyGAC to begin enrollment.

You will receive an invitation to create an account using this email address within the next 24 hours. If you already have a Blackbaud account at your current school, you may use that to log-in immediately. 

Step by step instructions for enrollment:

1. Create MyGAC account. You will receive an email invitation to create this account on Saturday, March 30 using THIS EMAIL ADDRESS as your parent username. If you already have a Blackbaud parent log-in at your current school, you may log in immediately.
2. Review and sign enrollment contract digitally.

3. Pay deposit to reserve your spot by April 11. 100% of this deposit goes toward tuition. (6th-12th grade deposit is $4570, 1st-5th - $3710, K4-P1 - $3260, K3 - $2890). You may pay this through MyGAC via credit card or electronic check with no additional fees. Several weeks after enrollment you will receive a statement for the remaining tuition that will reflect your balance or your tuition plan (annual, monthly, quarterly). Tuition for the 24-25 school year will be due by June 1 unless you have selected a payment plan.

4. Create a FACTS account. There is a link within your contract to create this account for Student Billing. This is a required step in the enrollment process. 

If you have technical issues logging in, DO NOT WORRY. We have admissions staff and technology assistance available to answer your questions and assist you. 

Mark your calendars! You're invited to our New Family Meeting on May 6 (details will be shared with enrolled families).

This on-campus event for rising K3-12th-graders is an opportunity to connect with GAC programs, learn more about how to get plugged in, and prepare you to join us in August. More information about this event will be sent via email.

All sales are held in the East Meeting Room of the 1500 Building (across the street from campus at the intersection of Indian Trail & Georgia Belle Court).  We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. It is very helpful to have your student with you to try items on since we do not accept returns or exchanges.  All proceeds go directly back to the school to fund specific programs each year.

You’re invited to GAC Young Learners to hear from our Director, Abby McFadden, meet a few teachers, and make new friends. While attendance is not required, we want to give you additional opportunities to spend time on GAC’s campus to ask questions and help GAC start to feel like home.

The Lower School (K3-5th grade) hosts several summer playdate events for new Lower School students. This is a great opportunity for new students to spend some time on campus and make new friends.

Our Middle School hosts mixer events throughout the summer to help new students meet current GAC students. These events are also a great chance for your student to familiarize themselves with their new schedule and find out all the information that they need before starting on the first day of school.

Middle School Mixers

• June 13
  • 10:00 a.m. for 6th-graders
  • 12:00 p.m. for 7th and 8th-graders
• July 30
  • Time TBD: 7th and 8th-graders for schedules/orientation to MyGAC; 8th-graders to receive MacBooks
  • Time TBD: 6th-graders (all 6th-graders will attend this mixer)

This is an annual family-favorite event for the entire GAC community to kick-off the start of the school year together.

MyGAC is a portal for parents, students, faculty, and staff. Important resources are available through myGAC such as homework assignments, grades, announcements, lunch menus, directories, enrichment activities, and much more. The Admissions Office will be open this summer. You may also contact other school offices directly, although many will have reduced summer hours. See Important Contacts on this page. You will be receiving periodic emails with information and updates. You may also contact the Admissions Office with any additional questions.

There are many ways to get connected throughout the summer. Our Ambassador program connects you with an existing family that can act as a touch point during the summer for parent-to-parent communication. You will receive an email from Admissions about participating in the ambassador program. If you have specific questions about this program, contact Admissions.

We hope you will attend the events designed for your school level and also consider experiencing other on-campus opportunities like summer camps, summer athletics or summer academic classes. These opportunities will vary depending on the age of the student.

High School students should sign up for a counseling meeting to select their courses. GAC must have student’s Fall 2023 transcript and Spring 2024 course schedule with performance data in order to select courses.

Middle School: GAC Middle School Counselor, Misty Wilson, will email all new families within two weeks of your enrollment to provide you with information about your schedule and to set up a meeting for further discussion. 

At GAC, we offer many academic competitions including Debate, Chess Team, Math Team, Mock Trial, Robotics, and more. You may read about what opportunities are offered by clicking here. This page includes contact information for the faculty sponsors.

If you have enrolled, you may begin participating in workouts with individual teams. If you have questions about when specific tryouts, practices or workouts occur, contact Kathy Sisco in the Athletic Office.

To participate in athletics, you will need a doctor to complete the Athletics Physical Packet.

The GAC Mom’s Bible study exists to encourage and inspire moms to abide in God’s Word while also providing a time to promote intentional community while we navigate motherhood in all different stages and seasons. Mom’s Bible study is a wonderful way for new and current moms to get to know one another as well as share other ways to get involved in the GAC community. Studies are offered during the fall and spring semesters and are often chosen with the yearly school theme in mind. For more information, contact Teresa Harsh.

GAC Dad's Bible Study, "Brothers of the Rock",  is led by Director of Spiritual Life Justin Bagwell and Don McLaughlin. They meet every Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the Wista Worthen Room in the Fincher Student Family Center and online. For more information, contact Justin Bagwell.
