Host your next event at Greater Atlanta Christian School, conveniently located in the greater Atlanta area, just ½ mile off I-85, Exit 101. Below you can learn more about the facilities available at GAC and how they can meet your event space needs.

Whether you are looking to host an indoor or outdoor event, we offer a range of options, with seating available for 72-3,400 guests, full audio visual capability and support, and over 900 parking spaces. We are ready to welcome you on our 88 acre "camera ready" campus and know that our 33 unique facilities can provide you with the options you need to make your next event a success. 

 

Long Forum

The Long Forum is a multipurpose 82,000sf arena with full HD Video, concert grade audio and intelligent lighting. The two-level arena provides ample seating (up to 3,400) for sporting events, concerts and speakers. The retractable stadium seats allow the lower arena to provide 16,000sf of open floor space with upper arena seating for 900.

Enjoy free parking on site (over 900 spots) with casual dining options conveniently located just across the street, or take advantage of our onsite catering. Two spacious lobby areas are perfect for registration, bookstore and casual gathering spots. 

General Facilities

  • Conference/arena space with seating for 3,400. (2,700 are comfortable stadium seats on two levels. Floor seating can accommodate an additional 500+, dependent upon the stage sizing)
  • 16,800sf lower arena floor space and 5,900sf upper arena space (when stadium seats are retracted)
  • 35’+ ceiling, lighting truss above stage
  • 67’W by 16’D Lecture Stage
  • Floor options for sporting events, concerts, banquets, speakers and conferences

General Services

  • 900 complimentary parking spaces for attendees (a shuttle service may be arranged if needed for an additional fee)
  • Concession areas (no alcohol sales permitted)
  • Rental available for tables, chairs, office furniture, dollies, carts, spotlights, camera risers
  • Stage extensions and stage pipe & drape are not provided but are available from outside vendors

Production

  • We permit use of your contracted production team with sound, lights, large LED video screens and other needs under the supervision of our on-site AV Manager. Additional AV staff may be required based upon the event’s scope
  • Shipments of materials can be arranged with prior notice for a fee and dependent upon weight/area/ time required for storage
  • Power requirements are dependent upon your lighting/audio/video. Please provide additional information for pricing
  • Rigging charges may apply based upon event’s needs

Personnel

  • House Manager – on site
  • AV Manager- on site
  • Custodian &/or Security, dependent upon size of crowd – on site
  • Police officers for traffic and crowd control (outsourced)
  • Emergency medical technicians as deemed necessary by attendance (outsourced)
  • Outside volunteers are welcome to assist with parking/ushers/gate/concessions, etc. (Venue does not provide)

Merchandise/Exhibits

  • Merchandising spaces conveniently located at entry and/or concessions  
  • Exhibitor space –varies with multiple configurations
  • Electrical Outlets-additional costs may apply

Audio/Visual

  • Audio: Tour grade, digital mixing console, intelligible/clean sound
  • Video: Three Large Video Screens (2 LED at 23’/ one 22’x30)
  • Flat screens in lobby areas for event messaging and/or arena camera views
  • 2 Studio quality HD cameras/3 remote control HD Pan Tilt Zoom
  • LED lighting/Easy access Truss system with motor hoists

Hotels/Catering

  • On-site catering – available
  • Outside caterer optional for talent/volunteers: List available upon request
  • Hotel accommodations within 2 ½ -5 miles

Agreement/Insurance

  • General Liability Insurance required 30 days prior
  • Other stipulations for coverage may be required based on scope of event

Freeman Aquatic Center

The Freeman Aquatic Center offers an Olympic sized pool with 11 lanes, Spectator Stands, Concession Stand and much more. Enjoy free parking on site with casual dining options conveniently located just across the street.

Fincher Student-Family Center

The Fincher Student-Family Center offers a multipurpose open space with a large meeting room, 3 small break out rooms and upstairs classrooms. The spacious and open floor space allows for easy transformation for receptions, booths, banquets and conferences.

Sara D. Williams Fine Arts Center

The Sara D. Williams Fine Arts Center offers a mid sized theater setting with a variety of audio visual options and intelligent lighting. Enjoy free parking on site with casual dining options conveniently located just across the street. The spacious gallery is perfect for registration, merchandising and receptions.

Performing Arts Center

The Performing Arts Center offers a beautiful space for any type of dramatic stage production, concert hall or panels and presentations. Enjoy free parking on site with casual dining options just across the street. The spacious lobby is perfect for registration, ticketing or merchandising.
