The accolades continue to roll in for Greater Atlanta Christian's nationally recognized boys tennis program.

Following an undefeated 2026 season that culminated in both a GHSA Class A-3A Private State Championship and the program's first National High School Tennis Championship, the Spartans dominated the Gwinnett Daily Post All-County Boys Tennis Team, highlighted by Harrison Kemp being named Player of the Year and Brett Harte earning Coach of the Year honors.

Kemp closes one of the most decorated careers in GAC tennis history after leading the Spartans to four consecutive state championships and a national title. The senior No. 1 singles player finished the season 15-2 in singles and 7-1 in doubles while competing against one of the nation's toughest schedules. Earlier this month, Kemp was also named the Gwinnett Daily Post Boys Tennis Player of the Year for the second consecutive season.

Head coach Brett Harte was recognized as Coach of the Year after guiding the Spartans through an undefeated campaign. Under Harte's leadership, GAC captured its fourth straight state championship while defeating many of the nation's top-ranked programs to claim the National High School Tennis Championship.

The Spartans also placed four singles players and doubles teams on the All-County First Team, showcasing the depth that fueled one of the best seasons in school history.
