In the December 2024/January 2025 edition of the Peachtree Corners Magazine, three students and one faculty member featured in the “Faces of Peachtree Corners” article. Each year, the Peachtree Corners magazine receives nominations for individuals who have a direct impact in making their community better. The people chosen for this article are those who work hard to bring the spirit and foundation of Peachtree Corners to life every day. This article showcases each of their accomplishments. Below are the students/faculty featured, along with a highlight of what you’ll find in the article:

TJ Dixon, Middle School Principal

  • His commitment and involvement to the Peachtree Corners community. 
  • TJ’s goal as an administrator is to know every student and  encourage them to see Middle School as a positive experience.
  • The importance that TJ places in instilling good values in students and helping them create a great foundation for their future. 

Bridget Salter, Class of 2025

  • Bridget’s role in representing GAC as a student-athlete in the IDEALS Leadership Training Program. 
  • Her resilience as a student, overcoming the obstacles that arose having dyslexia and dysgraphia. 
  • Bridget’s passion for leadership that helps her mentor younger students in every extracurricular she is involved in.

Ethan James, Class of 2026

  • His commitment and success of being a student athlete at GAC.
  • Ethan’s passion for mentoring younger students and athletes in the GAC community. 
  • The season of injury that Ethan experienced and how he was empowered to persevere through some of the toughest moments. 

Madeline Austin, Class of 2026

  • Madeline’s impressive leadership journey both on GAC’s campus and in her community. 
  • Her perseverance, as a student athlete, when she was diagnosed with RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports).
  • Madeline’s goals for the future and how she plans to use her past experiences to help those around her.
