Congratulations to our Varsity Boys and Girls Swim & Dive teams on capturing the 2026 GHSA Class 1A–3A State Championships in dominant fashion.

The Varsity Boys scored 398.5 points to clinch first place, outpacing the runner-up by 191.5 points on their way to a second consecutive state title. Their performance marked the program’s third state championship overall, continuing a remarkable run of excellence.

The Varsity Girls delivered a historic performance of their own, finishing with 397.5 points and a 146-point margin of victory. This championship represents the first state title in program history for GAC Varsity Girls Swim & Dive.

Championship week began Tuesday at The Marist School, where Spartan divers competed, before the swimmers traveled to Georgia Tech’s McAuley Aquatic Center to compete in the 1A–3A State Championship meet. From start to finish, it was an overwhelming display of depth, teamwork, and preparation by the entire program.

Congratulations to Head Coach Emily Krug, her staff, and all of our student-athletes for an extraordinary season and a milestone achievement for GAC Athletics.

We are incredibly proud of the way our Spartans represented Greater Atlanta Christian School on the state’s biggest stage.
