We’ve got exciting news! GAC received an 89% AP pass rate for 2020, meaning that 89% of our students received a score of 3 or above on their AP exams from last spring. This exceeds the national average of 60.5% for the vast majority of AP classes.

This achievement is especially impressive considering that students had to finish their courses online last year due to COVID-19 restrictions. In addition, GAC required all AP course students to take the culminating test, as part of the learning experience. (Some schools and districts allow AP students to opt out of the test, which can impact test averages.)

GAC offers 29 AP courses, a wide variety of rigor for our driven student body. This path to student success begins in 9^th grade as students being the college counseling process. Spartans are supported and encouraged to challenge themselves on the way to achieving their academic goals.
