A Greater Atlanta Christian School education is beneficial, relevant, and worth it.
When Ruddy and Rhonda Polhill decided to enroll their four children at GAC, they knew they were prioritizing their children’s education above things like family vacations, driving nicer cars, and living in a bigger house.
“We’ve worked really hard in our business to be able to send our kids here. When we sent our kids here from the very beginning it was a stretch — a big stretch,” Rhonda said. “You know you just make choices. It’s hard and sometimes you have to give things up.”
Sending their children to GAC has been well worth the sacrifice and investment.
Payton and Parker, the Polhill’s oldest children, have already graduated from GAC. Payton earned her nursing degree from Auburn University and is now working as a registered nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Parker received a football scholarship to Furman University and is currently pursuing acting and music.
The Polhill’s younger children, Abby (11th grade) and Will (4th grade) are still at GAC where Ruddy says they’re gaining the skills needed to be successful in college and beyond.
“I feel like education is getting more and more competitive. Colleges and universities are getting more and more competitive, and we want our kids to be prepared to compete in more of a global marketplace,” Ruddy said.
“GAC has been such an asset for our family. We’ve benefitted from all the programs and of course, the Christian education was really important to us — that the teachers were godly people who wanted to lead our kids down that path, but also wanted to provide a superior education,” Rhonda added.
Your child, like the Polhill children, can benefit from the superior education and extensive opportunities offered at GAC.
