Help us obtain the maximum number of 2017 tax credit contributions for our community in order to continue providing financial aid to students to attend GAC. Please start the process today by completing the Georgia GOAL tax credit form.
1. Please complete the Application for Approval Form online for the safest and most secure way to start the process with the Georgia Department of Revenue. Once you have submitted the online form, you will receive online status updates from Georgia GOAL regarding your application and payment date.
2. The Georgia DOR will inform you and Georgia GOAL about your approval. Once you receive the payment date from Georgia GOAL, you have 60 days to make your payment. The easiest way to make your payment is by credit card. If you wish to write a personal (not company) check made payable to Georgia GOAL and mailed to the following address: Georgia GOAL 3740 Davinci Court Suite 375 Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
3. Georgia GOAL will send you an IRS form IT-QEE-SSO1 that you will use to complete your Tax filing process for 2016.
